Cheese tasting

10 May 2017

Our pupils were treated to a cheese information and tasting session at school on Tuesday which was delivered by our very own Mrs. Walker.

Mrs Walker got her selection of cheeses from the Coleraine cheese factory which produces cheese slices for companies in a range of countries; some of which aren't even available to buy in Ireland!

Some of the cheeses produced in the factory in Coleraine are for some of the major supermarket chains such as Sainsbury's and Tesco. Each taste differently and the pupils each had their favourites.
